The Oak Point Homeowners Charity Golf Tournament has added a new and exciting activity to our annual event:

A HELICOPTER BALL DROP

Here's how it works: Mid-afternoon at our tournament on September 10th, a helicopter will fly over the Poquoy Brook Golf Course and drop hundreds of pre-numbered golf balls. The 3 numbered balls which come closest to a designated hole will be worth $500, $250, and $125 to the lucky winners. Chances for the balls will be sold for $5.00 each or 5 for $20.00. Proceeds will be contributed to our very worthy charities, Homes For Our Troops and the Foundation for Mentally Challenged Children.

To participate in this exciting addition to our tournament, please send your check payable to OPHCGT, and mail it to P. O. Box 593, Middleboro, MA 02346. You do not have to be present to win. We will notify the winners by phone if they are not at the golf course or Oak Point banquet immediately following the tournament. Those of you who have purchased chances are encouraged to join us at Poquoy Brook around 2:00 on September 10th to watch the helicopter ball drop, a fun event for both young and old. Speaking of the young, we suggest you buy chances in the names of your children and grandchildren to personalize their participation. Be sure to add your phone number on a separate note, along with the names of your children or grandchildren, so we can tie them in with the winning numbered balls dropped from the helicopter.

Thank you in advance for your spirit of kindness and generosity. Any questions, feel free to contact any member listed below.
