We almost tossed out a letter from Bridgewater Savings, but did call and found that they could offer us a re-fi at 6.5% (we are at 6.75% now) with no closing costs and no appraisal fees - basically saving us almost $50.00 a month for the effort of signing a stack of paperwork.
