Tip for blinds and shades
Our home came with blinds. We like that, but there are times when we'd like shades. I noticed that the windows on our home (a phase 6 Lincoln) are actually deep enough to fit both blinds and shades - I had to move the blinds inward to fit the shades, but now we have our choice!
In the winter, we pull both, and draw the side drapes - this triple layer really keeps a lot of heat from escaping.
